학교급간 연계를 통한 코티칭(co-teaching) 수업 사례연구

A Case Study of Co-teaching Class through the Connection of Different School Levels

본 연구는 학교급간 연계를 통한 코티칭 수업 사례 연구이다. 본 연구는 지역거점 대학과 중등학교를 연계하여 1년간 진행되었으며, 1학기에는 B고등학교 교과 중점 교육과정 과목인 교육학에 대한 배경 학문 이해를 돕기 위해 대학 전공 교수의 팀티칭으로 진행하였고, 2학기에는 ‘회복탄력성’을 주제로 한 활동 중심 과제연구를 진행하였다. 이후 학기말에는 C중학교에서 회복탄력성 프로그램을 중심으로 대학과 고등학교 간 코티칭을 실시하였다. 그 결과 B고등학교 학생들은 자신의 진로 및 관심 분야에 대한 이해도가 높아졌으며, 동시에 타인과 소통하는 방법을 자연스럽게 배우게 되었다. 또한 C중학교 학생들도 고등학교 멘토와 함께하는 프로그램 활동 결과 대부분의 회복탄력성 요인들이 긍정적으로 변화하였다. 더 나아가 사범대 예비교원 또한 학교현장 이해 및 수업전문성을 함양할 수 있었다.

This is a case study of co-teaching class with the connection of different school levels. This case study was conducted for one year in connection with university A(college of education) and secondary school. In order to understand the background study of pedagogy which is a subject based on the curriculum of high school B, team-teaching by the relevant professors from the university was performed in the first semester. In the second semester, activity-based R&E(research & education) with the theme resilience was conducted. Then, in connection with middle school C, the university and secondary school performed co-teaching at the end of the school term with the resilience program. As a result, the students of high school B improved their understanding of career and interest areas, and learned how to communicate with others naturally. As a result of the program with high school mentors, the students of middle school C positively changed most of resilience factors. Futhermore, pre-service teachers(university A) were also able to improve their understanding of school site and teaching professionalism.
