초등학생의 창의적 리더십 교육모형 개발

Development of Creative Leadership Education Model for Elementary School Student

본 연구에서는 미래인재역량의 한 가지인 창의적 리더십을 아동기부터 계발해야 한다는 관점에서 초등학생의 창의적 리더십 교육모형을 개발하는 데 목적을 두었다. 따라서 1단계는 선행연구를 기반으로 초등학생의 수준에 적합한 창의적 리더십의 개념정의 및 구성요인 도출을 통해 1차 교육모형을 개발하는 것이었다. 2단계는 전문가 내용타당도를 확인하는 것이었다. 내용타당도 확인을 위한 전문위원으로는 초등교육, 창의성, 리더십 분야의 전문가 각 5명(총 15명)이었으며, 2차에 걸친 조사를 실시하여 내용타당도(CVR) 값을 산출하고, 주관적 의견을 분석하여 교육모형을 확정하였다. 연구결과, 초등학생의 창의적 리더십 구성요인에 대한 전문가 내용타당도 값은 CVR .74였으며, 교육모형에 대한 내용타당도는 CVR .71로 확인되어서, 개념, 구성요인 및 교육모형 모두의 내용타당도가 매우 양호하다는 것이 입증되었다. 따라서 향후 본 연구에서 개발된 초등학생의 창의적 리더십 교육모형을 근거로 초등학생들의 창의적 리더십 함양 및 영재의 창의적 리더십을 강화할 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 적용한다면 미래인재역량의 하나인 창의적 리더십 개발에 도움이 될 것이라 생각된다.

The purpose of this study was to develop an elementary school students creative leadership education model from the perspective of developing creative leadership, which is one of future talent competencies should be trained from childhood. Therefore, the first step was to develop the primary education model by defining the concept of conceptual leadership and deriving the components of elementary leadership based on the prior researches. The second step was to verify expert content validity. Five experts (15 in total) in elementary education, creativity, and leadership were used to verify the content validity. After conducting the second round of surveys, the content validity (CVR) value was calculated and subjective opinions were analyzed. The education model was confirmed. As a result, the expert content validity value for elementary students creative leadership was CVR .74 and the content validity for education model was CVR .71, which showed that the content validity of concept, construct variables and education model has been proven. Therefore, based on the creative leadership education model of elementary school students developed in this study, if we develop and apply educational programs to enhance the creative leadership of elementary school students and the creative leadership of gifted students, it will be helpful for the development of creative leadership, one of the future talents.
