The Effects of Beauty Pursuit Benefits Regarding Sustainable Intention in Semi-permanent Makeup

This study attempted to research the effects of beauty pursuit benefits regarding sociocultural attitude, treatment satisfaction and sustainable intention in semi-permanent makeup. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted, and the results found the following: First, cosmetology benefits sought had a positive influence on both sociocultural attitude (β=0.302, t-value=4.458, p<.000) and treatment satisfaction (β=0.436, t-value=6.808, p<.000). Second, sociocultural attitude revealed a positive effect on treatment satisfaction (β=0.232, t-value=3.350, p<.000). Third, sociocultural attitude showed no significant influence on intention to continue semi-permanent makeup (β=0.096 t-value=1.581, p>05). In terms of satisfaction with semi-permanent makeup, on the contrary, sustainable intention was high (β=0.535, t-value=8.849, p<.001). Therefore, it would appear that cosmetology benefits sought have a positive effect on sociocultural attitude and treatment satisfaction, bringing a positive influence on intention to continue semi-permanent makeup.
