한국의 대학들은 인공지능으로 대표되는 4차 산업혁명의 소용돌이에 둘러싸여 있다. 인공 지 능을 뛰어 넘는 인간의 우위를 유지하기 위해, 지식을 창출하는 창의력 발달을 위한 기회를 제공 하는 고등교육에 대한 요구가 커지고 있다. 21세기 지식기반 사회에서 지식을 창조할 수 있는 능 력이 필요하기 때문에, 학생들이 창의력을 개발하는 방법을 배우도록 창의적인 교수법이 필요한 것이다. 이러한 맥락에서 대학 교수진은 자신의 지식을 전달할 뿐만 아니라 창의적인 교육을 통 해 학생들이 창조를 위한 통찰력을 함양할 수 있도록 도와주어야 한다. 이 논문에서는 창의적인 교육을 위해 개발된 애자일 대학교수법에 대해 알아보고 한국에서의 활용 가능성을 모색하였다. 먼저 지식 창조와 창의적인 교수법에 관한 주요 연구를 요약했다. 이어서 최근 독일어권 국가에 서 개발되어 고등교육 기관에서 사용되는 애자일 대학교수법의 주요 특징을 소개했다. 마지막으 로 한국 대학의 교육 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 탐색하기 위해 애자일 대학교수법의 새 로운 내용을 활용하는 것에 대해 준비 과정, 수업 목표, 수업 방법, 평가 방식, 수업 평가, 질 관 리 등을 중심으로 논의하였다. 애자일 대학교수법은 고등교육의 수업을 교수진과 학습자 사이의 상호작용과 피드백 중심으로 설계할 것을 요구한다. 논의된 내용은 한국 대학에 적용 가능한 대 학교수법 개발을 위한 이론적 단서를 제공할 것이다.
Korean universities are surrounded by the swirl of the fourth industrial revolution represented by artificial intelligence. In order to maintain the superiority of human beings beyond artificial intelligence, there is a growing demand for higher education to provide opportunities for creativity development beyond knowledge acquisition to create knowledge. In the knowledge-based society of the 21st century creative teaching methods are required to guide students to learn to develop their creativity because they need ability to create knowledge. In this context the faculty of the university should not only transfer their knowledge but also help them to develop their creative insights through creative teaching. Firstly, I summarized the major researches that mention knowledge creation and creative teaching methods. Secondly, this article introduced the main characteristics of the Agile Hochschuldidaktik which is recently studied in German-speaking countries and used in their higher education institutions. Finally, I sought to find out the possibility of using the new ideas in Korean universities. The contents here discussed will be able to contribute to the development of creative teaching methods applicable to Korean universities.
