책임의 인식 여부가 도덕적 판단력에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구-감정평가사를 중심으로-

A Study on the Effect of Recognition of Responsibility on Moral Judgment

본 연구에서는 감정평가사가 감정평가의 사회적 가치와 책임을 인식하는 것이 감정평가의 신뢰성 향상에 기여할 수 있는지를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 감정평가의 신뢰성의 개념을 구체화하였으며, 책임의 인식 여부를 대리하는 변수로 심사업무 종사를 설정하였다. 마지막으로 Kohlberg가 도덕성으로 정의하였던 도덕적 판단력을 신뢰성 구성요소인 윤리적 측면을 측정하는 변수로 사용하여 책임의 인식여부에 따른 도덕적 판단력의 차이를 분석하였다. 더하여 근무하는 법인 규모나 근무연수, 연령, 학력, 업무 등과의 관계를 고찰하였다. 집단 간 차이분석 (ANOVA, t-검정)을 통하여 살펴본 결과 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보인 것은 연령과 심사직의 종사여부였다. 이 결과를 토대로 도덕적 판단력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 심사직의 종사는 도덕적 판단력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 연령의 증가는 도덕적 판단력에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 살펴볼 때 감정평가의 신뢰성 제고를 위하여 고령의 감정평가사의 업무수행을 확인할 수 있는 방안의 마련이 필요할 것으로 판단되며, 감정평가사에게 감정평가의 사회적 가치를 주지시키고 책임감을 고취시킬 수 있는 방법을 모색한다면 감정평가 신뢰도 향상에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각된다.

In this study, it was analyzed whether the social value and responsibility of the appraisal could contribute to improving the reliability of the appraisal. To this end, the concept of responsibility of appraisal was embodied, and the engagement of audit work was set as a variable representing responsibility. Finally, the moral judgment, defined by Kohlberg as morality, was used as a variable to measure the ethical aspect of the reliability component. Analysis of differences between groups showed statistically significant differences between age and specific tasks. Based on these results, a regression analysis was performed to examine the impact on moral judgment. The result showed that certain tasks have a positive influence on moral judgment and that an increase in age has a negative impact on moral judgment. As a result, for improving the reliability of the appraisal, it is deemed necessary to let the appraisers feel responsible and to prepare safety devices in case of old age.
