과정 중심 자기소개서 쓰기 교육 방법 모색

A study on the case of Writing letter of self-introduction education focused on the process

이 글에서는 자기소개서 쓰기가 과정 중심으로 접근하면 실용적 목표를 수행하면서도 인문적인 소양교육이 될 수 있다고 보고, 그것을 사회적 자아로서 자신을 대면하고 지나간 삶을 돌아볼 뿐 아니라 앞으로의 행보와 관련짓는 교육적 활동의 하나로 접근하였다. 자기소개서에는 모범답안이 존재하지 않기 때문에, 전형에 주목하기보다 쓰는 과정에 주목해야 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 이 과정은 자신의 생각 혹은 경험을 앞으로의 행보와 관련짓는 종합적이고 창조적인 인식과정을 포함하고 있다. 아울러 사회 속에서 자신의 위치를 가늠할 뿐 아니라, 사회적 자아를 마주하는 시간으로서 타자화된 자기를 만나는 중요한 경험을 제공할 수 있다. 이러한 성과는 이를 작문교육으로서가 아니라 체계적인 인식과정으로서 접근할 때 가능하다. 자기소개서 쓰기 교육은 단지 취업용 자소서 한 편을 완성하게 하는 것이 아니라, 사회적 자아로서 ‘나’를 알아가는 과정, 자신의 과거 경험이나 선택으로부터 적성이나 특기를 발견하고 자신에게 알맞은 직종이나 직무와 연결 짓는 과정, 나아가 직업을 가진다는 것에 대한 책무, 가치 판단, 정체성에 관련된 열린 길을 제공해야 한다. 이 글에서는 이러한 맥락에서 과정 자체를 드러내는 데 주안점을 두고 수업 사례를 제시하였는데, 실질적인 자기분석에서 시작하는 방법을 제안하였다. 특히, 이러한 과정이 글감생성단계에서 주로 이루어진다고 보고, 이 단계를 중심으로 교육의 구체적 방법들을 살펴보았다.

This paper have approached to the writing letter of self-introduction as a educational activity, it could be a basic quality education of science humanity on the case that it was approached for the sake of process. The education of the writing letter of self-introduction not only make students finish the one of the writing letter of self-introduction but also give the time to know oneself for social selfconcept. The writing letter of self-introduction is implied the comprehensive and creative process of recognition in oneself. This process is to be thinking my position in society and giving the important experience to view social myself face to face. This result is impossible to approach the writing letter of self-introduction not only composition but process. So this paper do not approach the exiting manual to start collecting the writing materials and suggest new manual to start practical self analysis. This paper set up the purpose place emphasis to reveal the process and show the case in person to start from self-analysis. Under the opinion this phenomenon appear in the step to generate the having material, this paper look deep into the specific ways to teach mainly in this step.
