교수·학습 방법에 따른 역량중심 교과목 효과연구

본 연구의 목적은 교수·학습 방법에 따른 역량교육의 효과가 차이가 나는지 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위해 S여대의 역량관련 교과목인 ‘역량개발 Ⅰ’의 PBL 중심수업과 자기주도학습 중심수업에 따라 조직생활 성공역량,진로결정효능감, 진로준비행동에 차이가 어떻게 나타나는지 확인하였다. 연구결과 진로준비행동은 집단 간에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로결정효능감의 경우, 목표선택, 직업정보, 미래계획, 문제해결 4개의 하위척도 모두에서 집단 간에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직생활 성공역량의 경우, 도전성취와 자기전문 2개 척도에서 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 대학생에게 요구되는 역량을 어떻게 의미있게 전달할 것인지에 대한 교수·학습방법에 대한 심층적인 논의의 필요성을 제안하였다.

The purpose of the present study was certification of the effects of competence-based subject with educational methods. For this study design set up 3 experimental group namely, problem-based learning, self-directed learning, general lecture on competence development Ⅰ opened S Women’s University and 1 control group. The effects variables of competence development Ⅰ lecture was selected successful competence of organizational life, career decision-making, self-efficacy, career preparation activities. The results demonstrated that the effects of competence development Ⅰ lecture with educational methods was partially significant. In particular, it was found that all factor of career decision-making self-efficacy was significantly different among group. Moreover, it was found that 2 factor namely, challenge achievement and self professionalism of successful competence of organizational life was significantly different among group. Based on the test results, the significance of the study was discussed.
