A study of Kim Chun-chu’s Unity-Juche Idea in Silla dynasty & Unification Policy of South and North Korea

이 연구는 통일신라의 김춘추 통일 구도를 통한 현시대의 남북문제점의 정체성과 방향성 등 비교·분석을 통해, 이에 관한 연관성 및 남북 안보적 통일 정책적 제안을 밝혀내는 데에 그 초점을 맞추어 이를 진행하였다. 우리나라의 통일정책의 경우 달리 독일은 지속적인 통일정책이 있었다. 하지만 우리는 역대 직권정부에 따라 통일정책이 이루어졌다. 이는 주변국의 눈치 보는 통일정책을 전개해 나갔던 것이 주지의 사실이었다. 한반도 상황변화에 치밀한 통일정책의 네트워크의 매뉴얼 단계별 정책이 없었다. 이로 인해 지금의 남북통일 정책의 정체성을 만들어 주었다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 미래지향적인 남북통일정책의 계획을 수립해야 하며 발전 방안이 있어야 한다. 즉 통일정책에 대한 문제점을 통해 여러 가지 산재 되어 있는 남북의 갈등문제를 화평주체사상으로 실마리를 풀어야 한다. 이는 다양한 시각으로 관점을 바라보고 또 이에 맞는 민족주체사상을 정립할 작업이 필요하다. 주체로서의 남북의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 안보적 통일정책 방안이 제시되어야 한다.

This study focused on identifying the relationship and the policy proposals for unification of the two Koreas through comparing and analyzing the identity and direction of the North - South problems of the present era through the unification plan of Unification Silla. Germany s unification policy and case were consistent with the unification policy. But we have unification policy according to the previous government. It was a well-known fact that the neighboring countries noticed unification policy. There was no manual step-by-step policy of network of dense unification policy on the situation change on the Korean peninsula. This has created the identity of the current unification policy. In order to solve this problem, a future-oriented plan for unification of North and South Korea should be established and a plan for development should be established. In other words, through the problems of unification policy, it is necessary to solve the problem of conflict between North and South which is scattered by the idea of peaceful Juche idea. It is necessary to look at the viewpoint from various perspectives and to establish the ideology of the national Juche. Unification policy measures should be proposed to solve the problem of North and South as a subject.
