대구지역 교통사망사고에 대한 감소방안에 관한 연구

A Study on Reduction Measures for Traffic Accidents in Daegu Area: Focusing on traffic accident characteristics (2000s)

본 연구는 대구지역에서 일어난 교통사망사고 특성을 분석하여 교통사고 사망자를 줄일 수 있는 예방 대책을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 대구광역시에서 발생한 2008년도 203명의 교통사망사고 자료를 바탕으로 차 대 보행자, 차 대 차, 차량 단독 운전중 교통사망사고를 발생한 것을, 도로환경적인 부분과 법규위반 현황을 구분하여 원인과 특성을 파악하고, 분석 결과를 토대로 교통사망사고의 감소 방안을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 대구광역시에서 보행자 교통사고 사망자 비율이 상당히 높은데 비하여 대조적이다. 그리고 보행자 사망사고 중에 노인 보행자 사망사고가 상당히 높다. 결과적으로 교통사망사고를 줄이기 위해서는 변해가는 국제 정세에 발마추어 나아가야 할 것이다. 사망사고 장소에 대한 현장 조사를 실시하여 교통 환경 조사, 사망 장소에 대한 면밀한 분석을 하여 사망사고는 단속을 강화하고, 또한 무단횡단 방지를 위한 가드레인을 설치하여도 줄지 않고 있는 실정으로 사망사고 등 사망 사고를 줄이기 위해서는 범법자 단속과 검거 위주에서 탈피하여 신호체계 선진화 방안으로 진로를 바꾸고, 과속운전을 방지하기 위한 직선류 교차로에서 회전교차로로 점진적인 개선을 하여 보행자 사망사고 등을 감소하기 위한 교통정책이 요망된다.

By conducting on-site surveys on the places of death, conducting a detailed survey on the traffic environment and the place of death, and strengthening crackdowns and installing a drainage system to prevent unauthorized crossings. In order to reduce the number of deaths, it is necessary to move away from criminal crackdowns and arrests. I would say it is required.
