지역 NGO단체의 활동에 대한 역할과 활성화에 관한 연구

A Study on the Role and Activation of Local NGO Organizations: Focused on Gyeongsan Area

본 연구는 지역 NGO단체의 활동에 대한 역할과 활성화에 대한 방향성을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 경산지역을 대상으로 각 사회단체의 활동 현황에 대해 살펴보고, 사회단체에 관한 이론적 고찰 및 선행논문을 검토하였다. 이후 전문가 관련 공무원과 면접 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 면접조사 결과, 다수의 사회단체 단체에 가입되어 형식적인 인원수만 차지하고 있으며 특정한 목적의식이 없는 단체들이 가장 큰 문제점으로 나타나고 있었다. 이러한 단체들에 소속되어 있는 회원들의 경우 단체에 대한 기여도도 낮고 이로 인한 단체의 질이 낮아져 여러 가지로 낙후될 수밖에 없는 배경을 가지고 있었다. 따라서, 사회단체 문제의 해결방안에 대해서는 지역 사회단체 구성원 뿐 아니라 관련 공무원들도 다각도의 노력이 필요한 것으로 사료 된다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of role and activation of the activities of local NGOs. This study examined the current status of each social group s activities in Gyeongsan area, and reviewed theoretical theories and previous papers about social groups. Afterwards, interviews were conducted with public officials. As a result of the interviews, many social groups joined the group, occupying only a formal number of people, and groups with no specific purpose showed the biggest problem. Members belonging to these organizations had a low background of contribution to the group and the quality of the group was lowered, resulting in various backgrounds. Therefore, in order to solve social group problems, not only local community members but also related public officials need various efforts.
