대학생이 인지한 사회적지지, 진로성숙도와 진로결정수준과의 관계에 관한 연구

A study on the effect relationship among social support, career maturity and career decision level perceived by college student: Focused on korea polytechnics students

본 연구는 대학생이 인지한 사회적지지, 진로성숙도가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향관계를 중점적으로 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 한국폴리텍대학에 재학 중인 1, 2학년이며 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 사회적지지와 진로성숙도 모두 진로결정수준에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 물질적지지는 진로결정에 대한 확신을 갖는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 독립적으로 진로를 준비할수록 진로확신수준이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 많은 준비를 한다고 진로에 대한 불확실성이 낮아지지 않는다는 점 또한 파악할 수 있었다.(연구기간 : 2019. 4∼12)

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of social support and career maturity perceived by college students on the career decision level. The research subjects are the first and second year students who are attending the korea polytechnics and the multiple regression analysis was conducted. The research results showed that both social support and career maturity had a significant effect on the career decision level. Although material support had a positive effect on the confidence of career decision-making, career confidence level was found to be lower when careers were prepared independently. It was also found that a lot of preparation did not make lower the uncertainty about career.(Study period : 2019. Apr.∼Dec.)
