중등학교 관리자를 위한 창의교육 연수 프로그램 개발 및 적용

이 연구의 목적은 중등학교 관리자의 창의교육 핵심역량을 계발하기 위한 연수 프로그램을 개발 및 적용하는 것이다. 이를 위해 창의교육 전문가 10명이 델파이 조사를 실시하여 프로그램을 개발하였고, 85명을 대상으로 연수에 대한 만족도 및 창의교육 인식을 분석하였다. 이에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등 관리자 연수 프로그램은 총 12시간, 10개 프로그램으로 구성되었고, 선행연구 및 델파이 연구를 거쳐 최종 개발되었다. 둘째, 창의교육 연수에 대한 학교 관리자들의 인식 및 만족도를 조사한 결과, 그들은 창의교육 연수가 필요하며 교사 연수 및 세미나와 창의교육 프로그램이 우선적으로 개발과 보급되어야 한다고 인식하였다. 그리고 연수 과정 만족도에서는 모든 분야에서 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 학교 관리자들이 일선 학교의 창의교육 현황과 교육 적용에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 알아보았다. 그 결과 창의교육이 지속적으로 이루어져야 한다고 인식하고 있으나 적극적인 지원은 이루어지지 않고 있었다. 창의교육을 통해 학생들은 창의적 사고능력과 창의적 문제해결력이 향상될 것이며, 교사들이 창의교육을 학생들에게 잘 적용하지 못한다고 인식하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop and apply a training program to develop the core competencies of creative education for secondary school administrators. For this purpose, 10 creative education experts conducted a Delphi survey to develop the program, and 85 participants who participated in the training analyzed the satisfaction with the training and the recognition of creative education. The results of this study are as follows. First, the secondary school administrator training program consisted of a total of 12 hours and 10 programs, which were finally developed after the previous research and Delphi research. Second, as a result of examining their’s perceptions and satisfaction with creative education training, they recognized that creative education training is necessary and that teacher training, seminars and creative education programs should be developed and distributed first. The satisfaction level of the training course was high in all fields. Third, this study examined how they perceived the current status of creative education and application of education. As a result, they recognized that creative education should be continued, but active support was not provided. Through creative education, students will improve their creative thinking and creative problem solving skills, and they recognize that teachers do not apply creative education to their students.
