보건의료계열 기초교과목 학습법 국내 연구동향 관련 문헌 연구

A Study on the Literature about Learning Method of Biological Health and Allied Sciences Student’s Subjects

본 연구는 국내 의과대학을 제외한 보건의료계열 기초교과목 학습법 관련 선행 연구 문헌을 고찰하여 학습법 관련 연구동향을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 문헌 분석을 위해 2020년 1월 17일까지 다섯 개의 국내 문헌 검색 database (KoreaMed, KMbase, NDSL, KISS, KiSTi)를 이용하여 총 10편의 논문이 고찰 대상으로 선정되었다. 총 10편의 논문 중 9편은 실험연구 1편은 조사연구였다. 본 연구결과 기초교과목 학습법 적용과목은 생리학과 병리학 과목이 7편으로(70%) 가장 많았다. 보건의료계열 대상학과는 간호학과에서 발표된 연구가 가장 많아 8편, 임상병리학과 1편, 간호학과, 스포츠학과, 응급구조학과 통합 강의 연구 1편이었다. 기초교과목에 적용된 학습법으로는 혼합형 학습이 4편으로(40%) 가장 많았다. 총 10편의 분석 논문에서 측정한 변수는 Bloom의 분류에 의해 구분하였을 때 정의적 영역에 해당하는 변수(학습동기, 만족도, 학습태도, 자기효능감, 비판적 사고성향)가 가장 많이 사용되었다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 보건의료계열 학생들의 기초교과목 학습을 위해 학과 특성에 맞는 학습자 중심의 연구는 부족하며 다양한 학습법을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는 연구가 필요함을 보여주고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of studies related to the learning methods of biological subjects in Korea. Five databases (KoreaMed, KMbase, NDSL, KISS, KiSTi) were searched prior to January 2020. A total 10 studies met the inclusion criteria. We included 9 experimental studies and one survey study. Most of the studies that applied a learning method focused on the subject of physiology and pathology. Blended learning was the method that was used the most. The research variables identified were mainly concentrated on the affective domain; motivation, satisfaction, attitude, self-efficacy, critical thinking disposition. The results of this study suggest that further research should be conducted to apply various learning method for health and allied sciences students.
