간호대학생의 의사소통교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 교육요구도 분석

Analysis of Educational Needs for Development of Communication Program for Nursing Students: Based on IPA & Borich s Needs Analysis

본 연구는 간호대학생의 의사소통교육 프로그램 개발을 목적으로 의사소통 중요도와 의사소통 수행도를 조사하고, 의사소통능력 증진에 관한 교육요구도를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 K시에 소재한 1학년부터 4학년 간호대학생 349명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 서술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, IPA & Borich 요구도 분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 의사소통 중요도는 의사소통기술(F=4.22, p=.015)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었고, 의사소통 수행도는 학년(F=4.26, p=.006), 간호학 전공만족도(F=3.81, p=.023), 의사소통기술(F=16.72, p<.000)에 따라 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 또한 IPA와 Borich의 요구도 분석에 따라 목표설정능력에 대한 교육요구도가 1.28로 가장 높게 나타났고, 의사소통능력 하위역량 중 목표설정능력 41번 문항(토론시간에 다른 사람들에게 내가 준비한 보고서의 내용을 망설이지 않고 발표한다)에 대한 교육요구도가 2.03으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 교육의 수혜자인 간호대학생의 교육요구도를 충족할 수 있는 목표설정능력 향상을 위한 의사소통교육 프로그램을 개발하는 기초자료로 활용될 것이다. 또한 본 연구를 통하여 오늘날 의료현장에서 필요시 되고 있는 의사소통증진을 위한 학습방법 개발과 적용에 근간을 마련하고자 한다.

This study is a descriptive research study to investigate the Communication importance and the Communication competence, and to identify the need for communication ability improvement for the purpose of developing a communication education program for nursing students. The survey was conducted on 349 nursing students in K city. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and IPA & Borich s needs analysis using SPSS 20.0. Was implemented. As a result, the Communication importance of subjects was significantly different according to communication skills (F = 4.22, p = .015). Grade (F = 4.26, p = .006), Nursing Major Satisfaction (F = 3.81, p = .023) and Communication skills (F = 16.72, p <.000) showed significant differences. In addition, according to IPA & Borich s needs analysis, the educational needs for goal setting ability was 1.28, which was the highest. Among the sub-competencies of communication ability, the highest educational needs for the question 41 (the contents of the report prepared by others in the discussion time are announced without hesitation) was 2.03. These findings will be used as basic data for developing communication education programs to improve the ability to set goals that can meet the educational needs of nursing students. In addition, this study aims to lay the groundwork for the development and application of learning methods for communication promotion that are needed in the clinical field today.
