초등학교 저학년 학생이 인식하는 긍정적 양육태도, 교사 친밀성, 또래 공동체 의식, 성장신념의 구조적 관계 및 성별 간 다집단 분석

The structural relationship among affective parenting, teacher closeness, and the sense of the peer community, multi-group gender analysis

본 연구는 초등학교 저학년 학생을 대상으로 부모의 긍정적 양육태도가 성장신념에 미치는 과정에서 교사 친밀성과 또래 공동체 의식의 매개효과를 검증하고, 남녀 초등학생의 집단 간의 차이를 분석하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 초등학교에 재학 중인 2학년 학생 197명을 대상으로 하여, 2019년 4월 3일부터 4월 24일까지 약 3주간 자료를 수집하였다. SPSS 22.0과 Mplus 8.2 프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식 모형을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 긍정적 양육태도는 초등학교 저학년 학생의 사회적 관계성에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 긍정적 양육태도는 초등학교 저학년 학생의 성장신념에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 교사의 친밀성은 부모의 긍정적 양육태도와 또래 공동체 의식 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 남녀 학생의 성별에 따른 부모의 긍정적 양육태도, 사회적 관계성, 그리고 성장신념 간의 구조적 관계의 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 비인지능력의 기초가 되는 성장신념에 영향을 주는 제반 요인을 가정 및 학교맥락에서 살펴봄으로써 성장신념의 발달을 촉진하기 위한 가정 및 학교에서의 역할이 무엇인지에 대한 정보를 제공한다.

Current research aims to examine the relationship between affective parenting and growth mindset and indirect effect of teacher closeness and the sense of peer community with elementary lower grade students. With the sample of 197 2nd grade elementary students, data was collected from 3rd April to 24th. Using SPSS 22.0 and Mplus 8.2, structural equation model was analyzed. The results are as follows. First, affective parenting had a positive effect on social relatedness. Second, affective parenting had also a positive and significant impact on the sense of peer community. Third, teacher closeness mediated the relationship between affective parenting and the sense of peer community. Fourth, there was a gender difference in the structural relationship among affective parenting, social relatedness and growth mindset. Current result investigated the correlates of growth mindset in familial and school context. This will the role of family and school to promote the growth mindset.
