PBL을 활용한 글쓰기 교육 모형 연구

This study is to ‘confirm’ and ‘suggest’ that teaching utilizing PBL method when it comes to university students writing education is very effective. For this purpose, it reviews achievements of the previous studies critically and investigated what cautions and interests required for the actual application. Also, i‘t suggests’ steps and strategies of teaching and learning that can be utilized for writing teaching that uses PBL. Core contents of that are actual application issue of PBL method called ‘individual composition of group recognition’, duplicate application issue of teaching and learning goals for the related curriculum, etc. Regarding the former, firstly individual investigation process and small group discussion are combined through group activity process and intervention of teacher was activated in order to reflux those results. Then it let individual writing results to be produced first and then to be combined during the group activity process. Regarding the latter, through establishment of learning goals and submit of the results, problems were composed for various learning goals of writing curriculums to be accomplished. The achievements of this study are as follows. Firstly, by enhancing self-achievement self-directed ability of students to resolve writing assignments, it was found that their writing ability was improved qualitatively. Secondly, it was found that this methodological acquirement of knowledge and practice of the learners became a chance of a meaningful training for ‘how to pick the core requirements of the problem and to solve’ for the later learning process. It is expected that this study will draw meaningful implications for class design of the actual teachers who expect the learners’success.
