The present study investigated the output and new issues related to motivation education after running Motivation semester programs of Konyang university during four years. Motivation education is one of most important problems that Korean universities have to resolve to keep the number of students being reduced every years and futhermore, to realize its ideals of education and policies in s tudent. In the point of undergraduate student, motivation is one of most important factors for life satisfaction and quality of education in university. We propose three points to upgrade motivation education after running Motivation semester programs of Konyang university during four years. First, growth model is needed to provide appropriate supports according to students growth and levels. Second, various programs that can provide various experience are needed for students to make their own stories and values. And last, more empirical researches will be needed to make good policies.
