In the 21st century, creative power and dignity became the main issue of korean society. As though the creative power needs so much time and endeavor, however the dignity can be improved as much as we want, if we have reflective consciousness and various experiences in right direction. Students in our university are pre-service teachers who would take responsibility for future education of our nation. It will be so beneficial individually and nationally, if they participate in various programs of improving personality for preliminary teachers as well as many subjects needed for teaching profession through four-years university life. Hence, our university implements improving personality programs three times only in this year, knowing the importance of the education for developing personality. The main topics of this program are etiquette lessons, cooperation, challenge spirit, and voluntary services. Although we have some troubles in choosing educational contents and time assignment, we are trying to improve this program gradually. Students in our university will be higher leveled elementary school teachers who have creative power and dignity than any preliminary teachers of other universities of education.
