Personality Education 3.0 by business of Basic Institute of Korean culture aims to extend personality education and ensure internal stability. Joongbu University which was chosen by Personality Education 3.0 opened “Exciting good life” program with parents. In the present situation that raising confidence of university students and forming good values emerge as first priorities, in order to ensure internal stability and strengthen competitiveness of personality education which had already started, Joongbu University carried it out as a non-subject program. It was a specialized program with parents. Students completed this practice & experience program enthusiastically and they carried on good personality campaign in order to play a leading role in campus. And the students received good personality authentication from the president of this university, campus scholarship, and employment mileages, coach as well as they received coach certification by campus and personality etiquette instructor certification. We hope that the students chosen by this program will play a leading role to have a positive effect on other students as models who have good human nature.
