A Study on Analysis and Improvement of Disster Safety Education and Training Currriculum in Accordance with Disaster Environment

현재까지 재난관리와 관련된 교육 및 훈련은 인적 자원의 역량제고를 위한 장기적 관점보다는 교육훈련의 단기적 성과산출에 치중하고 있다. 이는 재난안전교육의 실질적 목적달성을 저해한다. 이에 이 연구는 기후변화로 인한 기상이변, 재난의 복합화·대형화, 신종재난유형의 출현, 재난안전기술의 발달 등 변화하는 재난환경을 분석하고 이에 적합한 재난안전 교육과정 개선을 위한 발전방향을 모색하는 것이다.

Until now, education and training related to disaster management have focused on short-term performance of education and training rather than on long-term perspective for enhancing human resources. This hinders the achievement of the practical purpose of disaster safety education. Therefore, this study aims to analyze changing disaster environments such as weather changes due to climate change, complex and large-scale disaster, emergence of new types of disaster, and development of disaster safety technology, and to seek development directions for improving disaster safety curriculum suitable for this.
