스포츠산업 취업 정보 인지에 따른 구직 효능감과 구직 의도에 관한 연구

A Study on Job Search Efficacy and Job Search Intention according to Information Cognition of Job in Sport Industry

본 연구에서는 스포츠산업 취업 프로그램을 수강한 경험이 있는 대학생들을 대상으로 취업프로그램 참여자들의 실효성을 검증하고자 스포츠산업 취업 정보 인지 변인에 따른 구직 효능감과 구직 의도 간의 인과관계를 규명하는 한편, 취업 프로그램에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 따라서 충청남도를 소재를 하고 있는 대학생들을 대상으로 비확률 표본추출법 중 편의표본 추출법을 이용하여 설문조사를 수행하였고, 회수된 300명의 설문지 중 신뢰성이 부족한 자료로 판단된 68명의 설문지를 제외한 총 232명의 자료를 분석에 이용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS(ver. 20.0)및 AMOS(ver. 20.0) 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 조사도구의 타당도 검증을 위한 확인적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 검증을 위한 신뢰도 분석, 연구 모형과 경로분석을 위한 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 스포츠산업 취업 정보 인지(다양성, 신속성, 정확성)는 구직 효능감에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 취업 정보 인지 변인 중 신속성, 정확성, 다양성 순으로 구직 효능감에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠산업 구직 효능감은 구직의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of the present paper was to offer a study on job search efficacy and job search intention according to information cognition of job in sport industry. It also sought to validate the effectiveness of participants in sport industry employment programs and provide suggestions. The 300 participants of undergraduate in sport industry employment programs were chosen from located in Chungcheongnam-do. 232 questionnaires were analyzed of 300 questionnaires distributed and collected and 68 were excluded from the study because they judged by lack of reliable data. For the purpose of this study, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, structural equation model analysis of SPSS (ver. 20.0) and AMOS (ver. 20.0) were performed. The research results of this study indicate that First, information cognition of job in sport industry had a significant influence on job search efficacy. Second, job search efficacy in sport industry had a significant influence on job search intention.
