성인 여자대학생에게 요구되는 핵심역량 진단도구 개발 연구

The Development and Validation of Six Core Competencies Measurement Scale for Women College Students in Korea: A Case Study of S Women’s University

국·내외적으로 대학생의 역량중심의 학부 교육 체제로의 변화가 시작되고 있으며, 이러한 노력의 일환으로 S여자대학교는 분과위원회를 구성하여 핵심역량 6개와 하위역량 24개를 도출한 바 있으나, 이를 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 도구가 없다는 제한점을 지니고 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 S여자대학교의 핵심역량인 글로벌시민 역량, 소통협력 역량, 지식탐구 역량, 창의융합 역량, 예술감성 역량, 자율실천 역량을 측정할 수 있는 진단 도구인 S핵심역량 검사도구를 개발하고 이를 타당화하고자 하였다. 문항의 타당화를 위해 문항 개발 및 역량 분야 전문가 4인의 검토 및 본교 재학생 4인의 검증을 통해 내용 타당도와 안면 타당도를 검증하였고, 전공, 소속 및 학년이 고르게 포함될 수 있도록 층화무작위표집을 통해 계열별 학생들을 골고루 섭외하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 중복된 응답을 제외한 총 331명의 응답을 바탕으로 신뢰도, 상관관계, 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 최종 확정된 도구는 글로벌시민 역량 27개 문항, 소통협력 역량 23개 문항, 지식탐구 역량 22개 문항, 창의융합 역량 18개 문항, 예술감성 역량 23개 문항, 자율실천 역량 22개문항으로 총 135개 문항으로 구성되었다.

The purpose of this study is to develop an instrument for measuring the core competency for S women’s college students. To accomplish this goal, the following were carried out: 1) prior research analysis for basic data, 2) development of a measurement scale for a pilot testing 3) prior to pilot test, cross-checking content validity of the scale by four experts and students, 4) the validity and reliability of the instrument were established via a pilot test with 331 students. For verifying the validity and reliability of the instrument, factor analysis and correlation analysis, and internal consistency coefficients were applied. Through the validity and reliability verification, 135 items were finally selected.
