This study was to investigate the relationship among subjective health status, internal health locus of control, health promoting behavior, and health program needs of university students using the in-campus health centers. The participants of this study were 334 students using the in-campus health centers at 2 universities. The collected data were analyzed by using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 program including, Pearson s correlation coefficient, independent samples t-test, and ANOVA (analysis of variance). Moderately positive correlations were found to exist among subjective health status, internal health locus of control, health promoting behavior. Participants with health program needs obtained lower scores on subjective health status (t=-4.498, p<0.001) and health promoting behavior (t=-2.290, p<0.023), compared to the participants without health program needs. In-campus health centers would need to develop various health programs reflecting the needs of university students.
