Effects of Organizational Culture and Education Experience on Youth Worker’s Multicultural Perception and Attitude

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of organizational culture on youth worker’s multicultural perception and attitude. Youth workers are the important factors to influence on the youth who are the main characters in future multicultural society. Based on research questions, the findings might be summarized as follows. First, only collaborate culture impacted on multicultural perception and multicultural attitude. Second, education experience for multiculture made different of multicultural perception and multicultural attitude. That is, they were higher in case of having education experience. Third, organizational culture which impacted on multicultural perception and multicultural attitude could be different by youth worker’s education experience. In case of having education experience, collaborate culture impacted on them. However, in case of not having, control culture did on them.
