성인 운동선수들의 스포츠 부정행위에 대한 윤리적 민감성

Ethical Sensitivity of Adult Athletes to Sports Manipulation

본 연구의 목적은 국내성인 운동선수들을 대상으로 스포츠 부정행위에 대한 윤리적 민감성을 확인하는 것이다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 362명의 성인 운동선수들을 대상으로 첫째, 스포츠 부정행위에 대한 윤리적 민감성 수준을 확인하였다. 둘째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 스포츠 부정행위의 윤리적 민감성 수준을 확인하였다. 셋째, 스포츠 부정행위 관련 교육이수 여부에 따른 스포츠 부정행위의 윤리적 민감성 수준을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문항반응이론의 다국면 Rasch 모형을 적용하였다. 문항측정치와 표준오차를 산출하였으며, 조사도구의 타당성 및 신뢰도 관련 증거를 확인하기 위하여 문항적합도지수와 점이연 측정상관계수를 산출하였다. 자료처리를 위해 IBM SPSS(ver. 20.0), Facets(ver. 3.67.1)과 Winsteps(ver. 3.65.0) 프로그램을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내성인 운동선수들은 의도적 담합에 속하는 부정행위들에 대해 민감하며, 의도적 태만 행위에 대해 둔감한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 국내성인 운동선수들은 소속, 국가대표 경험에 따라 윤리적 민감성의 차이를 나타냈다. 셋째, 스포츠 부정행위 관련 교육이수 여부에 따라 윤리적 민감성 수준은 다르다. 교육을 이수한 집단일수록 스포츠 부정행위에 대해 민감한 반응을 나타냈다. 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 국내 스포츠학을 포함한 스포츠 윤리 교육현장에서 다양한 연구가 진행될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the ethical sensitivity of domestic adults athletes to sports manipulation. For the study, 362 athletes were examined to confirm the level of ethical sensitivity to sports manipulation, the level of ethical sensitivity to sports manipulation depending on athletes’ characteristics and depending on the completion of sports manipulation education. The multi-facets Rasch model of item response theory (IRT) was applied, and IBM SPSS (ver. 20.0), Facets (ver. 3.67.1), and Winsteps (ver. 3.65.0) were used to analyze the data. The results of the study are as follows. First, domestic adult athletes are sensitive to intentionally arranged manipulations and are insensitive to intentional negligence. Second, athletes showed differences in the level of ethical sensitivity depending on their affiliation and the national team experience. Third, athletes showed differences in the ethical sensitivity level depending on the completion of sports manipulation education. Groups which completed the education are more sensitive to sports manipulation. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that various research can be conducted in sports ethics education field.
