성매개감염병에 대한 태도 도구개발 및 타당화 연구

Development and Evaluation of an Attitude Measurement Tool toward Sexually Transmitted Disease

성매개감염병은 20대 대학생들에게 발생빈도가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 성매개감염병에 대한 태도를 조사하기 위한 도구개발과 개발된 도구의 타당성과 신뢰성을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상 및 자료수집은 2017년 9월 국내 C시의 대학생 163명을 대상으로 하였다. 도구개발은 문헌분석 결과를 토대로 1차 문항을 작성 후 내용타당도 검증, 전문가 포커스 그룹 인터뷰, 감염 취약군 대상 심층면접과정을 거쳐 예비조사를 실시한 후 성매개감염병 태도 18문항, 콘돔사용 태도 9문항으로 개발하였다. 도구검증을 위하여 문항분석은 요인분석과 신뢰도검증을 사용하였고, 요인분석에서 공통성의 초기 추정 값으로는 다중상관계수의 제곱, 인자패턴행렬의 추정 방법은 반복적 주축인자법, 초기 인자패턴행렬의 회전 방법은 직교 회전을 이용하였다. 도구의 신뢰도 검증은 Cronbach 알파 계수로 분석하였고 통계분석 도구는 SAS 9.4판을 사용하였다. 연구결과 대학생의 성매개감염병에 대한 태도 측정도구는 성매개감염병 예방태도 9문항, 콘돔사용 태도 3문항 총 12문항으로 구성되었다. 본 측정도구로 국내 대학생들의 성매개감염병 확산을 위한 예방교육 프로그램 시 태도 측정도구로 사용하기를 제안한다.

Sexually transmitted disease (STD) and the human immunodeficiency virus incidence rates remain high among college-aged individuals. This study investigates the validity and reliability of the attitude towards STD. Participants were recruited from university students in Korea, during September 4-16, 2017 and the data were collected with 163 students. Based on the results of literature analyses, the contents of questionnaire were created. Then, through the validity verification, professional focus group interview, and an in-depth interview process for a target-group vulnerable to infection, and with the preliminary investigations, the 27 questionnaire were developed. For the verification of questionnaire of STD as tools, the factor analysis and reliability verification were carried out. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient analysis was used and the statistical analysis used the SAS 9.4. As a result, the tools of college students’ attitudes towards STD consisted with the total 12 questions. This questionnaire is proposed as basic materials for the prevention of spreading of STD among college students and a measurement tool of the prevention program.
