풋살 경기내용 분석을 통한 승패 결정요인 탐색

Estimating the Determinants of Winner and Defeat through Performance Analysis of Korean Futsal : Application of Decision Tree Analysis based on Data Mining

본 연구의 목적은 풋살 경기내용 분석을 통한 승패 결정요인을 탐색하는 것이다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 풋살 경기에서 승리와 패배에 따른 경기기록 및 내용의 차이를 확인하고 데이터마이닝 기반 의사결정나무분석을 적용하여 승리와 패배팀을 구분하는 경기내용을 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 위해 한국풋살연맹 주관 2017-18시즌 현대해상 FK 슈퍼리그에 참가한 16개 팀, 27개 연구변인, 1,890개의 연구자료를 통해 승리와 패배집단에서 나타나는 경기내용을 분석하였다. 자료처리는 IBM SPSS(ver. 20.0) 프로그램을 활용하였다. 의사결정나무분석을 위해 CART 알고리즘을 적용하였으며, 의사결정의 모형은 뿌리깊이 5단계, 최소 사례수는 부모마디 50, 자식마디 30의 기준을 적용하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 승리집단과 패배집단에 따라 공격시작유형, 공격 포메이션, 수비유형, 슈팅과정, 그리고 슛 기술에서 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 풋살 경기에서 파워플레이의 공격시작유형을 수행하지 않고, 공격종류유형이 터치미스가 아닐 경우 승리집단으로 분류될 수 있는 확률은 60.0%이다. 셋째, 풋살 경기에서 파워플레이의 공격시작유형을 지니고 공격시간이 16.5초보다 길 경우 패배집단으로 분류될 확률은 94.6%이다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 풋살 경기를 이해하고 승패의 결정요인을 확인하기 위한 다양한 기초정보로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 판단한다.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the determinants of the winner and defeat through performance analysis of Korean futsal. To be specific, this used decision tree method based on data mining and sought to find a estimate model that determines the winner and defeat teams. For the purpose of the study, 1,890 match data of 27 variables from 2017 to 2018 Korea futsal super league were collected. For data analysis, IBM SPSS 22.0 programs were used Mann-Whitney test and decision tree analysis was applied. The results of this research are as follows. First, according to winner and defeat group, the difference in attack start type, attack formation, defense type, shoot process and shoot technique were shown. Second, the probability of being classified as a winner group is 60.0% if the attack finish type is not a ball touch miss, and does not perform the attack formation of power play in the futsal match. Third, the probability of being classified as a defeated group is 94.6% if the attack time is longer than 16.5 seconds with a power play formation in a futsal match. The result of this study can be used as various basic information for understanding futsal game in Korea.
