부모의 과잉간섭이 청소년의 학교규칙위반에 미치는 영향

The Influence of Perceived Parental Intrusiveness on Juvenile School Rule Violation: The Serial Multiple Mediator Effects of Self-esteem and Mobile Phone Addiction

본 연구의 목적은 부모의 과잉간섭이 청소년의 휴대폰중독에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 자아존중감과 휴대폰중독이 연속적으로 매개역할을 수행하는지를 알아보는 데 있다. 다시 말해서, 부모의 과잉간섭이 자아존중감과 휴대폰중독을 연속적으로 경유하여 학교규칙위반에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 한국청소년정책연구원의 패널조사자료(초등학교 4학년 패널조사자료 중 7차년도인 2016년 자료) 중 무응답 자료를 제외시키고 1,918명의 유효 응답자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 부모의 과잉간섭은 자아존중감에 부적 영향을 직접 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 자아존중감은 휴대폰중독에 부적 영향을 직접 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그리고 휴대폰중독은 학교규칙위반에 정적 영향을 직접 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부모의 과잉간섭은 자아존중감을 경유하여 휴대폰중독에 정적 영향을 간접적으로 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 자아존중감은 휴대폰중독을 경유하여 학교규칙위반에 부적 영향을 간접적으로 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그리고 부모의 과잉간섭은 자아존중감과 휴대폰중독을 연속적으로 경유하여 학교규칙에 정적 영향을 간접적으로 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과에 기초하여 본 연구의 시사점과 미래의 연구과제를 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of perceived parental excessive intrusiveness on juvenile school rule violation and the serial multiple mediator effects of self-esteem and mobile phone addiction on this relationship. To accomplish this purpose, there was analyzed 1,918 students data of panel survey data for fourth graders in elementary schools that conducted by Korea Youth Policy Institute in 2016. As a analysis result, perceived parental excessive intrusiveness was negatively related to self-esteem, self-esteem was negatively related to mobile phone addiction, and mobile phone addiction positively related to school rule violation. Also, the relationship between perceived parental excessive intrusiveness and mobile phone addiction was mediated by self-esteem. The relationship between self-esteem and school rule violation was mediated by mobile phone addiction. The relationship between perceived parental excessive intrusiveness and school rule violation was continuously mediated by self-esteem and mobile phone addiction. Finally, based on these results, the implication of this study and future study tasks were discussed.
