하브루타 학습법이 간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습능력, 전공만족도, 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

The Effects of the Havruta Learning Method on Self-directed Learning Ability, Major Satisfaction, and Academic Self-Efficacy of Nursing Students

본 연구는 비판적사고와 간호과정 교과목을 수강하는 간호 대학생에게 하브루타 학습법을 적용하여 간호 대학생의 자기주도적 학습능력, 전공만족도, 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 시도된 비동등성 대조군 전후 유사실험연구이다. 연구대상자는 G시에 소재하는 4년제 대학교 간호학과 2학년 학생 중 비판적 사고와 간호과정 교과목을 수강하는 학생으로 2018년 8월 27일부터 2018년 12월 7일까지 하브루타 학습법을 적용한 실험군 55명과 일반 강의식 학습법을 받은 대조군 55명으로 총 110명이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, χ²-test, t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 하브루타 학습법을 적용한 실험군은 대조군에 비해 자기주도적 학습능력 (t=4.06, p<.001), 전공만족도(t=7.07, p<.001), 학업적 자기효능감(t=12.95, p<.001)에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 비판적사고와 간호과정 교과목에서 하브루타 학습법은 간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습능력, 전공만족도, 학업적 자기효능감에 효과적인 학습법임이 검증되었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of nursing students self-directed learning ability, major satisfaction and academic self-efficacy on the nursing students who take critical thinking and nursing courses. The subjects of this study were the second grade 110 students of G university the department of nursing, who took critical thinking and nursing courses, from Aug. 27 to Dec. 7, 2018. They were divided into experimental group of 55 nursing students and control group of 55 nursing students. Outcome measures were self-directed learning ability, major satisfaction and academic self-efficacy on the nursing students. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS WIN 23.0 statistical program. As a result, there were significant differences between two groups in self-directed learning ability(t=4.06, p<.001), major satisfaction(t=7.07, p<.001), academic self-efficacy(t=12.95, p<.001). In the critical thinking and nursing curriculum, the havruta learning method was proved to be an effective method for nursing students self-directed learning ability, major satisfaction, and academic self-efficacy. Nursing students have different specialization skills and interests in nursing majors. Therefore, it is required to develop customized experience-based learning methods tailored to the level of nursing students.
