PCK 관점에서 본 북한의 ｢사회주의도덕과 법 교수참고서｣ 고찰

A Study on North Korea s Socialism Morality and Law Teacher s Reference Book from the PCK Perspective

이 연구는 PCK의 관점에서 북한의 고급중학교 교사용지도서인 ｢사회주의도덕과 법 교수참고서｣의 특성을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, PCK 관점의교수참고서 분석 기준을 정립하기 위해 PCK의 특성과 범주를 살펴보고, 이를 토대로북한의 고급중학교 1학년 ｢사회주의도덕과 법 교수참고서｣를 분석하기 위한 틀을고안하였다. 둘째, ｢사회주의도덕과 법 교수참고서｣의 내용을 있는 그대로 개관한후, 교과내용 지식, 교육과정 지식, 일반교수법 지식, 학습자 지식, 평가 관련 지식등의 PCK 관점에서 이 교수참고서가 어떤 특성을 보여주는지 분석하였다. 북한에서교사의 실천적 지식의 기반인 교육과정의 토대는 수령의 교시나 행적에 대한 저서들이 되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 그러나 북한의 교수참고서가 교과내용 지식, 교육과정지식, 교수법지식 등을 나름대로 제공하고 있다는 점은 긍정적 특징으로 판단된다. 반면 학습자의 도덕적 지식과 반응 내용, 수업 모형, 다양한 평가 정보 등에 대해서는관심을 기울이지 않고 있는 점이 단점으로 지적될 수 있다.

The study aimed to analyze the characteristics of the Socialist Morality and Law Teacher s Reference Book, a teacher s guidebook for high schools in North Korea from the PCK s perspective. To this end, first, the characteristics and categories of the PCK were examined in order to establish the criteria for analyzing the Reference Book from the perspective of the PCK, and based on this, this paper devised framework to analyze the Reference Book. Second, after the contents of the Reference Book were reviewed as they were, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the Reference Book from the perspective of PCK such as the subject contents knowledge, curriculum knowledge, general teaching method knowledge, learner knowledge and evaluation knowledge. In North Korea, the foundation of the curriculum, which is the basis of the teacher s practical knowledge, is the writings of the teachings and actions of the Suryung(the leader). However, the fact that North Korea s Reference Book provides its own knowledge of subjective content, curriculum knowledge, and pedagogical knowledge is a positive feature. On the other hand, the disadvantage may be that they are not paying attention to the moral knowledge of learners, their responses, class models, and various evaluation information.
