보건산업 클러스터내에서의 개별 협력활동이 기업의 재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A Study on the Effect of Individual Cooperation Activity on Financial Performance and Non-Financial Performance in Domestic Medical Clusters

본 연구는 우리나라의 보건산업 관련 클러스터를 형성하고 있는 지역의 140개 관련 기업들을 대상으로, 기업의 개별 협력활동이 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 보건산업 클러스터를 이루고 있는 지역에서 기업의 개별 협력활동 중에서 정부 및 지원기관과의 협력이 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 유의적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정책지원의 조절효과는 유의적인 의미를 나타내지는 못하였다. 즉, 보건산업 클러스터내에서 기업에 대한 정책지원은 정부 및 클러스터내의 지원기관과의 협력활동과 성과(재무적 성과, 비재무적 성과)의 관계에서 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 국가 및 지역의 경제에 큰 영향을 미칠 있는 보건산업 관련 기업들을 대상으로 기업의 개별 협력활동과 정책지원의 중요성을 이해하고자 하였다.

Using 140 firms related medical industry, this study investigated the effect of individual cooperation activity on financial performance and non-financial performance in domestic medical clusters. From this study, cooperation between supporting institutions and firms positively affects both financial performance and non-financial performance. However, there is no moderating impact of governmental support. In other words, governmental support for firms in medical clusters directly affects both financial performance and non-financial performance, while governmental support does not indirectly affect the relationship between supporting institutions and firm performance(financial and non-financial). This study was made to understand the importance of individual cooperation and governmental support in the medical clusters.
