축제서비스품질이 방문객 만족도, 재방문 의도 및 추천 의사에 미치는 영향

Effects of Festival s Service Quality on Visitors Satisfaction, Revisit Intention, and Intention to Recommend

본 연구목적은 축제서비스품질의 중요성을 알아보기 위하여 강릉 단오 축제방문객을 대상으로 축제서비스품질이 방문객 만족도, 재방문 의도, 추천 의사에 미치는 영향 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 분석에서는 15개 축제서비스품질 문항에 대해 요인분석을 시행하여 4개의 축제서비스품질은 추출하였으며 다중 회귀분석을 통해 축제서비스품질이 방문객 만족, 재방문 의도, 추천 의사에 미치는 영향 정도를 알아보았다. 연구 결과 강릉 단오 축제 축제서비스품질 요인으로 ‘축제 음식 및 기념품’, ‘축제프로그램’, ‘축제홍보 및 안내’, ‘축제환경’의 4개 요인이 추출되었다. 다중 회귀분석 결과에서는 첫째, 축제서비스품질과 만족도 관계에서는 ‘축제프로그램’과 ‘축제환경’이 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였고, 영향 정도에서는 ‘축제프로그램’, ‘축제환경’, ‘축제홍보 및 안내’, ‘축제 음식 및 기념품’ 순으로 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 축제서비스품질과 방문객의 재방문 의도 간 관계에서는 ‘축제프로그램’만이 재방문 의도에 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 축제서비스품질과 방문객의 추천 의사 간 관계에서는 ‘축제프로그램’과 ‘축제환경’이 추천 의사에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다는 결과가 도출되었다. 연구 결과에서는 축제서비스품질 제고를 위한 이론적·실무적 시사점이 제시되었다.

The purpose of the study is to exam the relationship between festival service quality and the satisfaction revisit intention and intention to recommend of visitors. For the study factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. Through the factor analysis 15 questions were introduced, and four factors were drew (festival foods and souvenirs, festival program, festival promotion and guidance, and festival environment). After that multiple regression analysis was applied to examine the relationship between festival service quality and satisfaction revisit intention and recommendation. Three facts were represented. Firstly, festival program and environment were the statistically important between festival service quality and satisfaction. Festival program was the most influential factor. Secondly, only festival program was only statistically important between festival service quality and revisit intention, and the most influential factor. Thirdly, festival program and festival environment were the statistically important between festival service quality and intention to recommend. Festival program was the most influential factor. Finally, theoretical and operational implications was represented.
