영상기술을 활용한 콘텐츠 개발과 영미문학수업에 적용한 사례 연구

Case Study on Application of Content Development Using Video Technology in English-American Literature Class

본 연구에서는 영상기술을 활용한 콘텐츠 개발과 실제로 영미문학수업에 적용한 사례를 중심으로 어떻게 창의적 사고력을 높일 수 있는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 우선적으로 학습자가 이해하기 쉽고 문학성이 높은 작품을 자유롭게 선정하여 작가와 작품의 이해, 그리고 비평 등을 살펴보았다. 다음으로 영상기술을 활용한 콘텐츠 개발과 영미문학 수업에 어떻게 적용되고 활용되었는가를 시도하였다. 첫째, 영상기술을 활용한 창작물 제작과 영미문학 수업에 적용 방법 등을 살펴보았으며 둘째, 기존의 전통수업방식과 영상기술을 활용한 수업방식이 어떠한 차이점이 있는지에 대해 설문평가 및 분석을 고찰하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 영상기술을 이용하여 창작물을 제작하면서 다의성의 특징을 가지고 있는 영미문학 작품의 이해도를 높이고 경쟁학습이 아닌 상호 협업 학습으로 발전하면서 창의적 상상력을 높이는 계기가 되었다. 또한 본 연구의 범위를 확장하여 실용적인 프로그램 개발 등의 기술적 접근으로 학제간의 연구를 촉진할 수 있을 것으로 기대가 된다.

The purpose of this study is to clarify how creative thinking ability can be improved with contents development using a video technology, and focus on cases applied to English and American literature class for creative convergence abilities. First of all, this paper examines writers, works, and criticism by selecting works that are easy for learners to understand high literacy. Next, this study attempts to develop contents for English and American literature class materials using the video technology and to show how it is applied and utilized in class. First, we looked into how to make a creative work using the video technology and how to apply to classes. Second, we examined the evaluation and analysis of questionnaire about what are the differences between teaching method using the video technology and conventional teaching method. This study has been an opportunity to enhance creative thinking ability as improving the understanding of literary works with characteristics of diversity, leading to a mutual collaborative instead of a competition learning. Thus, it is expected that there will be an in-death follow-up study as a technical approach with of an effective program development by interdisciplinary research.
