지역 문화 이야기 자원 활용 방안 연구

A Study on the Utilization of Local Cultural Story Resource

대중문화콘텐츠, 공공콘텐츠, 교육콘텐츠, 관광콘텐츠 등의 콘텐츠나 프로그램을 개발하기 위해서 창의력이 요구되고 있다. 창의력은 무엇을 가지고 어떻게 만들 것이냐 하는 소재와 방법을 포함한다. 소재는 유형의 문화유산일 수도 무형의 사람이 가진 능력 혹은 계속 전승되는 구술 혹은 기록된 이야기일 수 있다. 콘텐츠나 프로그램의 주제, 컨셉, 스토리텔링, 구성을 위해서는 우선 이야기가 필요하다. 이야기는 무에서 유로 탄생한 창작일 수도 있고, 유에서 유로 탄생한 이야기 자원의 활용일 수도 있다. 여기에서는 후자의 관점에서 각 지역에 산재한 수많은 이야기를 발굴하고, 그것을 자원화하여 하나의 시스템으로 구축, 최종적으로 다양한 장르와 분야에서 활용하기까지의 과정과 그 활성화 방안을 제안하는 것을 목표로 한다. 먼저, 지역문화ㆍ이야기 자원ㆍ아카이빙 등의 관련 용어를 정리하고, 유교넷ㆍ스토리테마파크ㆍ한국콘텐츠진흥원 문화원형 디지털콘텐츠 사업 등 기 개발된 이야기 자원 현황, 유형별ㆍ이야기 요소별ㆍ형태별 등 지역 문화 이야기 자원을 구축하기 위한 분류 체계, 그리고 지역 문화 이야기 자원 구축 서비스와 분류 체계를 가지고 어떻게 활용할 것인지를 제안하고, 연구의 기여도를 밝혔다. 본 연구는 필요한 이야기 소스를 체계적이고 편리하게 제공하기 위한 방법과 사례를 소개하고, 분류방법 및 활용 방안을 살펴봄으로써 지역 이야기 자원의 발굴ㆍ구축ㆍ활용의 선순환이 중요함을 밝혔다.

Creativity is required to develop content or programs such as public cultural content, public content, educational contents, and tourism contents. Creativity includes the ingredients and methods of what to do with what you have to do. Material may be a type of cultural heritage, or an inherited or sustained oral or written narrative. For content, concepts, storytelling, and plot, the story needs to be told first. It may be the creation of a story that is born in the absence of something, or the use of resources born from one thing to another. From this perspective, it aims to discover a number of stories scattered throughout the latter phase of the spectrum, and to construct a process and propose a process and a revitalization of the various genres and ultimately utilize them in diverse genres and fields. First of all, I propose a discussion of how to utilize the related terminology such as local cultureㆍstory resourcesㆍarchiving, and etc, local culture stories such as story resource status developed by Confucian net, story theme park, cultural contents prototype of Korea Contents Development Agency, and etc, and establish a systematic use of the local culture story and the classification of the local culture story. This study introduces methods and examples for providing necessary story sources in a systematic and convenient service, and shows that it is important to identify, construct, and utilize regional story resources by looking at classification methods and application methods.
