중국 디지털 출판의 개념과 체제의 변화

The Concept of Digital Publishing and System Change in China

오디지털출판은 디지털 기술을 이용하여 콘텐츠를 편집 가공하여 인터넷을 통해 콘텐츠를 전달하는 새로운 출판 방식이다. 디지털출판은 정통적인 출판의 개념과 다른 영역의 출판으로 전자출판과 유사한 개념이다. 중국의 디지털 출판은 중국 정부가 주시하고 있는 신흥 출판 형식으로 아직까지 확정된 규정은 없지만 최근 빠르게 성장하고 있는 분야인 만큼 중국 정부의 강력한 통제와 관리 아래에 있으며, 보다 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 법률을 강화하고, 조직을 통폐합했으며, 새로운 부서를 신설하기도 했다. 이러한 중국 정부의 일관된 체제의 변화는 시대의 요구에 부응하고, 기술의 발전에 따른 변혁과 혁신을 주도하기 위함이다. 하지만 진흥이라는 측면보다는 관리와 감독에 방점이 찍힌 변화와 혁신이라는 점에 선명한 한계가 있으며 한중 FTA협의가 활발하게 진행되고 있는 지금, 중국 디지털출판 산업의 체제의 변화와 정부의 움직임, 그리고 한계를 인지하여 중국 출판의 미래를 가늠해 볼 수 있다.

Digital publication is the new publication system to deliver contentsthrough the internet by editing and processing contents by using digitaltechnology. Digital publication is a publication in a different area with aconcept of traditional publication and a similar concept with electronicpublishing. Digital publication in China is a newly publication form whichis observed carefully by the Chinese government but it is the area whichhas been developing fast recently, so it is under the powerful regulation andsupervision of Chinese government and it was tightened up the law andmerged the departments to manage more effectively and it was created newdepartment. These consistent changes of system of Chinese government areto meet the demands of the times and to take the lead of revolution andinnovation according to the development of technology. However, there isa clear limit for it is the changes and innovation marked with a side doton the management and supervision rather than promotion, and in thepresent, the talks on the FTA between Korea and China has been makingprogress actively, it is possible to estimate the future of Chinese publicationby recognizing the system changes of Chinese digital publication industry,movement of the government and its limitation.
