A Case Study on Green Management: Focused on Logistics Companies

Results of human economic activities have given impacts on the environment, and the environment itself has given fatal impacts on human economic activities. In this respect, many countries in the world have been making regulations to solve environmental problems. Because of Durban platform, environmental regulations will be strengthened and expanded more than now, and these environmental regulations will be a key factor to transforming companies into sustainable ones. However, Korea is not free from environmental regulations because it is ranked high in the world about greenhouse gas emission with increasing rates. Therefore, Korean companies need to look at the examples of green leading companies and analyze them to solve the environmental problems. Besides, they should take advantage of the environmental issues to create new business.
