Development Stages of u-Government: Case of Korean Government

National e-government initiatives, such as information and communication services enable the convergence of technology innovation and service with world-class e-government has evolved into. Current e-government services and cross-system linkage are integrated with seamless administrative services, and cyber-security, animal disease control, social security, strengthening national issues to resolve as important means information leverage. Mobile-based e-government is ubiquitous in government to take advantage of ICT in the process of evolution, based on fusion with existing services is seeking a smart government. In this paper, we discuss the development and transformation processes of e-government of Korea, and the evolution of ubiquitous government and major strategies and the evolution model is presented along with examples.
