While anyone served thinks that speed and time of service are becoming more important because of increase of the value of the time, waiting time became the part of life inevitable. Long waiting time can cause customers to have negative feelings and affect customer satisfactions and revisits. Therefore service companies including restaurants should make an effort to reduce perceived waiting time with an endeavor of working staffs and physical circumstances.
