유아교사의 사회적지지 및 원장의 변혁적 리더십과 교수몰입 간의 관계에서 삶의 만족도의 매개효과

Mediating Effect of Life Satisfaction on the Relationship between The Early Childhood Teacher s Social Support and Director s Transformational Leadership and Commitment

본 연구는 유아교사의 사회적지지 및 원장의 변혁적 리더십이 유아교사의 교수몰입간의 관계에서 삶의 만족도가 매개하는가에 대한 효과를 분석하고자 실시되었다. 연구대상으로 유치원 교사 289명을 선정하였고 유아교사의 사회적지지, 원장의 변혁적 리더십, 삶의 만족, 그리고 교수몰입에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 Pearson 적률상관분석, Baron & Kenny의 매개효과 검정, 다중공선성, 그리고 sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 사회적지지 및 원장의 변혁적 리더십은 전체적으로 교수몰입과 유의미한 정적상관이 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 삶의 만족은 두 개념 사이에서 부분적으로 유의미하게 예측하는 변인으로 나타났으며 부분적 매개효과를 가지는 것이 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 유아교사의 사회적지지, 원장의 변혁적 리더십, 삶의 만족, 교수몰입이 상호상관이 있으며 사회적 지지와 변혁적 리더십이 교수몰입을 직접적으로 예측해 주는 변인이 될 수도 있고 그 과정에서 삶의 만족이 매개효과를 갖기도 하는 것으로 확인되었다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the satisfaction of life on the relationship between the social support of the early childhood teacher and the director s transformational leadership. We selected 289 kindergarten teachers in Busan, as the subjects of the study, and conducted a questionnaire on social support, transformational leadership, life satisfaction, and teaching commitment of early childhood teachers. Collected data were analyzed by Pearson product correlation, Baron & Kenny s mediating effect test, multicollinearity, and sobel test using SPSS 23.0 program. The results of the data analysis were as follows: First, the social support of the early childhood teacher and the transformational leadership of the director had a significant positive correlation with teaching commitment. Second, the satisfaction of life of early childhood teacher was found to be a meaningful predictor between the two concepts, and it was confirmed that it had a partial mediating effect.
