간호대학생의 간호전문직관, 도덕적 행동 및 의료정보보호 인식도

Correlations Among Nursing Professionalism, Moral Behavior and Health Information Protection Awareness in Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호전문직관, 도덕적 행동 및 의료정보보호 인식도와의 관계를 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 충북에 위치한 2곳의 대학교 간호학과에 재학 중인 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호대학생 3, 4학년 204명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients를 이용하였다. 연구결과, 간호전문직관은 5점 만점에 평균 3.68점, 도덕적 행동은 평균 3.75점, 의료정보보호 인식도는 평균 4.22점이었다. 간호전문직관과 도덕적 행동(r=.37, p=<.001), 의료정보보호 인식도(r=.15, p=.033)는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 도덕적 행동과 의료정보보호 인식도(r=.17, p=.018)도 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 긍정적이고 확고한 간호전문직관 확립과 도덕적 행동 정도를 함양시키고 의료정보보호 인식도를 높일 수 있도록 교과과정 운영과 역량강화 교육을 지속적으로 실시해야 한다.

This study is a descriptive research to investigate the relationship between nursing professionalism, moral behavior and health information protection awareness. The study were 3, 4 grade 204 nursing students with clinical practice in 2 institution of university nursing departments located in Chung-buk. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. The results showed that nursing professionalism had a score of 3.68 out of 5, moral behavior 3.75, and health information protection awareness 4.22. Nursing professionalism and moral behavior (r=.37, p=<.001) and health information protection awareness (r=.15, p=.033) had a significant positive correlation. Moral behavior and health information protection awareness (r=.17, p=.018) also showed a significant positive correlation. Based on the results of this study, curriculum operation and capacity building education should be continuously conducted to establish positive and firm nursing professionalism, moral behavior, and health information protection awareness.
