초등 음악 교과서에 수록된 윤석중 동요 고찰

A Study on Yoon Seok Jung’s Children’s Songs in Music Textbooks for Elementary School

본 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 음악과 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 음악 교과서에 수록된 윤석중 동요에 관한 고찰을 통해 윤석중이 작사한 동요 작품의 가치를 음악 교육의 관점에서 제고하는 것이다. 초등 음악 교과서에 수록된 윤석중 동요의 특징을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노랫말의 특징은 자연, 사물, 어린이, 놀이 등 다채로운 소재를 다루었다는 점, 작품 내의 화자를 다양한 관점으로 드러냈다는 점, 반복과 대구, 점층과 점강 등의 표현법으로 노랫말을 풍부하게 표현하였다는 점이 있었다. 둘째, 선율의 음악적 특징은 4/4박자와 다장조 음계의 집중적인 사용, 노래의 분위기에 따른 다채로운 리듬꼴의 활용, 노랫말에 따른 선율의 표현 등이었다. 이 연구가 우리 동요의 의미와 가치를 바탕으로 한 음악 교육의 기초 연구로 기여하기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to improve the value of Yoon Seok Jung’s children’s songs from viewpoint of music education through examine of Yoon Seok Jung’s children’s songs in primary music textbooks of the 2015 revised national curriculum. The results of analyzing the characteristics of Yoon Seok Jung’s children’s songs in primary music textbooks were as follows. First, the characteristics of the lyrics were dealing with various materials such as nature, objects, children, and play, revealing the narrator in the work through various viewpoints, and expressing the lyrics richly in a variety of ways such as repetition and cod, gradation and viscous. Second, the musical characteristics of the melody were the intensive use of 4/4 and C major scale, the use of various rhythm patterns according to the atmosphere of the song, and the expression of the melody according to the lyrics. The results of this study will contribute as basic study to music education based on the meaning and value of Korean children s songs.
