The purpose of this study is to analyze how the components of participation motivation affect the participants exercise immersion and training satisfaction. In order to derive the results of this study, multiple regression analysis was performed using SPSS Ver 25.0 and 305 copies of the data were used for statistical processing. The results of this study are as follows. First, internal motives and external motives, the motives for Australian Taekwondo trainees participation motivation, were found to have a significant effect on cognitive and behavioral immersion, and internal motive had a significant effect on behavioral immersion. Second, internal motives and external motives have a significant effect on psychological satisfaction, and external motivation has a significant effect on social satisfaction. Third, cognitive and behavioral immersion, which are the components of exercise immersion were found to affect psychological satisfaction and social satisfaction, and behavioral immersion had an effect on physical satisfaction.
