유치원 교사학습공동체 경험 탐색

Exploring the Experience of the Kindergarten Teacher Learning Community

본 연구의 목적은 유치원 교사의 학습공동체 경험을 탐색하는 것이다. 유치원 교사들은 2019년 3월 4일부터 9월 3일까지 16회 학습모임을 가졌다. 연구자는 학습공동체에서 교사들이 공유한 이야기와 면담내용을 녹음한 후 전사하였고, 수집한 자료는 요약하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 학습공동체에 나타난 유치원교사의 경험은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유치원 교사들은 인식과 통제 사이의 갈등을 실천으로 극복하였다. 둘째, 유치원 교사들은 수업 시간에 유아를 주의 깊게 살펴봄으로써 자신을 반성하였다. 셋째, 유치원 교사들은 서로 공감하고 협력하려는 개방된 마음을 지니고 있었다. 이 연구가 유치원 교사들에게 공감과 학습동기를 부여하는 데 도움 될 수 있기를 바란다. 나아가 유치원 교사들이 협력하여 학습문화를 형성하는 계기가 되기를 기대해 본다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the learning community experiences of kindergarten teachers. Kindergarten teachers held 16 study sessions from March 4 to September 3, 2019. The researcher record and share stories and interviews shared by teachers in the learning community. The collected data were summarized and analyzed. As a result of the study, the experiences of kindergarten teachers in the learning community were as follows: First, the kindergarten teacher overcomes the conflict between perception and control through practice. Second, kindergarten teachers reflected themselves in the class by carefully examining the children. Third, kindergarten teachers have an open mind to empathize and cooperate with each other. Hopefully, the study will help give kindergarten teachers empathy and motivation to learn. Furthermore, we hope that kindergarten teachers can work together to form a learning culture.
