간호대학생의 부적응적 완벽주의와 임상 실습 스트레스의 관계에서 인지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과

Mediated Effect of Cognitive Emotional Regulation Strategy in the Relationship Between Maladaptive Perfectionism of Nursing College Students and Their Clinical Practice Stress

본 연구는 간호대학생의 부적응적 완벽주의와 임상 실습 스트레스의 관계에서 인지적 정서조절 전략이 유의한 매개효과가 있는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울시에 소재한 1개교 S 대학교의 간호학과에 재학 중이며 임상 실습 경험이 있는 3, 4학년 학생 209명을 대상으로 부적응적 완벽주의, 인지적 정서조절 전략, 임상 실습 스트레스를 측정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 25.0과 Mplus 8.4를 활용하였으며 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Modeling : SEM)을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관 분석에서 부적응적 완벽주의와 임상 실습 스트레스 사이에 유의한 정적 상관이 있었지만, 구조모형 검증에서는 부적응적 완벽주의와 임상 실습 스트레스 간의 직접 경로가 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부적응적 완벽주의와 임상 실습 스트레스 관계에서 적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략의 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부적응적 완벽주의와 임상 실습 스트레스의 관계에서 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략이 완전 매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 완벽주의 성향을 가진 간호대학생의 인지적 전략이 임상 실습 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 과정을 검증하여, 완벽주의 성향과 임상 실습 스트레스의 관련 연구를 확장하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구의 결과를 통해 간호대학생의 임상 실습 스트레스를 감소시키는 방안에 대한 유용한 자료를 제공하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에 대한 의의 및 제한점을 논의하였다.

This The objective of the current study is to identify whether the cognitive emotional regulation strategy has a significant mediated effect on the relationshipbetween maladaptive perfectionism of nursing college students and their clinical practice stress. For this, 209 junior and senior year nursing students who have experiences with clinical practices had their levels of maladaptive perfectionism, cognitive emotional regulation strategy, and clinical stress measured. The data were processed using SPSS 25.0 and Mplus 8.4 and analyzed via Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The following results were obtained from the current study. First, while there was a significant positive correlation between maladaptive perfectionism and clinical practice stress, structural model validation showed that the direct path between maladaptive perfectionism and clinical practice stress was not significant. Second, the mediated effect of the adaptive and cognitive emotional regulation strategy was not found to be statistically significant in the relationship between maladaptive perfectionism and clinical practice stress. Third, maladaptive cognitive regulation strategy was found to completely mediate the relationship between maladaptive perfectionism and clinical practice stress. The results of the current study provide useful data on developing ways to reduce the clinical practice stress of nursing students. Lastly,based on these results, the implications and limitations of the current study were discussed.
