본 연구는 지체장애 근로자의 임금수준에 영향을 미치는 요인을 인구사회학적 요인, 인적자본 요인, 근무환경 요인을 통해 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2016년 2차 웨이브 1차 장애인고용패널조사 자료 중 취업한 지체장애인 1,010명분 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 통합회귀분석에 기초해 정리하면. 인구사회학적 요인에 있어서는 연령이 낮을수록, 배우자가 있는 경우에, 인적자본 요인에 있어서는 전문기술수준과 전공일치도가 높을수록, 근무환경요인에 있어서는 정규직인 경우에 통계학적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구결과를 기초로 지체장애 근로자의 임금수준 향상을 위한 제언을 전달하였다.
In this study, factors affecting the wage level of people with physical disabilities were investigated through socio-demographic factor, human capital factor, and labor environment factor. The data of 1,010 employed people with physical disabilities was adopted as a sample from the 2nd Wave Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled in 2016. Results showed that age, marital status in socio-demographic factor, level of expertise, area of training in the human capital factor, and regularity of work in the labor environment factor affect their wage level. Based off these results, it delivered policy implications to improve the wage level of the people with physical disabilities.
