초등학생 인성측정 도구 개발 및 타당화 연구

Development and Validation of Personality scale with Elementary School Student

본 연구의 목적은 인성을 ‘관계’의 관점에서 조명하고 이를 핵심요인으로 삼아 초등학생의 인성을 측정하는 검사 도구를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 1월 20일부터 2월 4일까지 예비문항 개발 및 대상학교를 섭외하였으며 본 검사는 2월 7일부터 2월 12일까지 개학 이후 시행하였으며 2월 18일까지 추가검사를 시행하였다. 서울의 초등학생 5,6학년을 대상으로 표본을 수집한 결과 264명의 표본을 수집할 수 있었다. 최초 , 문헌 연구와 선행연구, 내용전문가의 검토를 통해 3개의 요인으로 구성할 수 있었다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과 나(자신)와의 관계성, 부모와의 관계성, 또래와의 관계성 등 총 3요인구조가 확인되었으며, 확인적 요인분석에서 또한 3요인구조가 적합하다는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계점, 의의와 제안점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop an measurement tool that examines personality from the point of view of relationship . This study consider concept of relationship as a key factor to measure the personality of elementary school students. For this purpose, 264 samples were collected from fifth and sixth grade elementary school students in Seoul. The initial, literature research, prior research, and review by content experts were able to make up of three factors. The exploratory factor analysis showed a total of three factor structures, including relationships with oneself, parents, and peers. In confirmatory factor analysis, result showed the three factor structures were also suitable. Finally, the significance, limitations and suggestions of this study were presented.
