예비유아교사의 고정신념, 테크놀로지 지식, 테크놀로지 통합에 대한 자기효능감 연구

A Study on Early Childhood Preservice Teachers Fixed Mindsets, Technology Knowledge, and Self-Efficacy Beliefs about Technology Integration: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Technology Knowledge

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 테크놀로지 활용능력에 대한 고정신념, 테크놀로지 지식, 테크놀로지 통합에 대한 자기효능감의 관계 및 테크놀로지 지식의 매개 효과에 대해 알아보는 것에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 A 광역시 소재 4년제 대학교 유아교육과에 재학 중인 1학년부터 4학년까지의 예비유아교사 241명이 연구에 참여하였다. 연구결과, 예비유아교사의 테크놀로지 활용능력에 대한 고정신념과 테크놀로지 지식, 테크놀로지 통합 자기효능감 사이에는 통계적으로 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 반면, 예비유아교사의 테크놀로지 지식과 테크놀로지 통합 자기효능감은 서로 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 또한, 예비아교사의 테크놀로지 활용능력에 대한 고정신념은 테크놀로지 통합 자기효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며 테크놀로지 지식을 통해 간접적으로도 영향을 준다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 교원양성기관에서는 테크놀로지 지식을 작출 수 있는 교육과정 및 실제 테크놀로지 매체를 활용하는 교육방법 및 실행기회를 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구가 교원양성기관과 유아교육현장에 시사하는 바를 살펴보았으며 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between fixed mindsets about technology, technology knowledge, self-efficacy beliefs about technology integration, and the mediating effect of technology knowledge among early childhood preservice teachers. For this purpose, 241 preservice teachers studying early childhood education at a University located in Metropolitan city, South Korea. As a result, there was a statistically significant negative correlation between the fixed mindsets about technology, technology knowledge, and self-efficacy beliefs about technology integration of preservice teachers. On the other hand, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between their technology knowledge and self-efficacy beliefs about technology integration. In addition, it was found that the fixed mindsets about technology had a significant influence on the self-efficacy beliefs about technology integration and indirectly through the technology knowledge. Based on these findings, this study suggests implications for preservice early childhood teacher training institutions, kindergartens, and further research.
