중국의 문화사업이 지역경제발전격차에 미치는 영향

A Study on the Impact of the Cultural Work to the Regional Economic Development Disparity in China

본 연구는 문화사업이 지역경제발전격차에 미치는 영향을 중국을 대상으로실증분석하고 있다. 문화사업은 문화산업과 달리 정부의 재정지원에 의해 지역주민에게 문화활동의 참여 기회를 제공하고 있다. 따라서 문화사업의 발전은지역문화발전의 기반이며 또한 지역경제발전격차의 중요한 요인이 될 수 있다. 이러한 가정을 증명하기 위해 본 연구는 문화사업을 기반으로 하는 패널회귀모형을 구축하고 있다. 31개 성급 지역의 2005년부터 2015년까지의 자료를 이용하고 있다. 종속변수로는 지역별 1인당 GDP를 이용하고, 설명변수로는 문화사업의 종사자수, 자산총액, 문화사업재정, 문화예술활동 프로그램 참여자수, 그리고 문화강좌 참여자수를 이용한다. 분석결과에 의하면 문화사업재정, 문화예술활동 프로그램 참여자수, 그리고 문화강좌 참여자수는 모두 양(+)의 회귀계수를 가지며 또한 통계적 유의성을 가진다. 이는 문화사업이 지역경제발전격차에대해 영향이 있음을 나타낸다. 그리고 본 연구의 분석결과에 의하면 문화강좌참여자수의 회귀계수 값이 문화예술활동 프로그램 참여자수의 회귀계수 값보다 크다. 이는 지역주민의 직접적인 문화활동에 대한 참여가 지역문화발전과지역경제발전에 미치는 영향이 상대적으로 크다는 것을 의미한다.

This paper analyzes the impact of the cultural work to the regional economic development disparity in China. The purpose of the cultural work is not private profit, is commons profit. And the cultural work is based on the financial support, pay attention to the regional resident participation. The participation of the regional resident could affect the regional culture development, and could positively affect the regional economic development. This paper establish the panel regression model, include 31 regions, from 2005 to 2015. The dependent variable is the regional per capita GDP, and the independent variables include the cultural work financial support, the art and cultural activities participation numbers, the cultural training courses participation numbers. The result finds that the cultural work financial support, the art and cultural activities participation numbers, and the cultural training courses participation numbers all have positive coefficient and have significance. And the result find that the affection of the cultural training courses participation to the regional economic development disparity bigger than the affection of the art and cultural activities participation.
