图们江区域物流企业竞争力评价研究

The Evaluation on the Competitiveness of Logistics Enterprises in Tumen River Region

연변지역의 물류산업은 동북아에서 주목되는 두만강지역개발의 인프라를 구성하는데 있어서 필수적인 산업이다. 연변지역 물류산업의 육성에 있어서 물류기업들에 대한 경쟁력평가는 물류산업경쟁력을 향상하기 전략구상에 필수적인 기초자료이다. 본 논문은 자원기반이론관점에서 물류평가지표체계를 구성하고 fuzzy 종합평가방법을 활용하여 연변지역의 23개 물류기업들의 경쟁력을 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 2개 기업 외의 기업들은 모두 경쟁력이 미약 또는 매우 미약한 등급으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 근거하여 물류기업들에 존재하는 경영상의 문제점들을 밝히고 향후의 개선방안을 기술하였다. 또한 연변지역을 포함한 두만강지역의 물류기업육성과 경쟁력향상을 위한 제반 제언과 함께 한국기업들에게 주는 시사점을 제시하였다.

Logistics industry of Yanbian Area is one of the essential infrastructure in the Tumen River Economics Development Area(TREDA) that the rejion attracted a great deal of notices in the north-east Asian. The evaluation on the competitiveness of Yanbian Logistics industry is a base and vital element of design new management strategy in the enhancing competitiveness of logistics enterprises. In this paper we estabilished the evalustion index system which based on the RBV(Resoruce-Based View), and gave the comprehensive evaluation for the competitiveness of 23 logistics enterprises in Yanbian area using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that overall the competitiveness levels of Yanbian Logistics enterprses are weak or very weak except 2 enterprises. Based on these results, we pointed out the common problems in the management, gave some specific improvement measures and suggestion. The last we decribed the meaningful implication for the enterprises in South Korea enter Tumen River Rejion, especially Yanbian Area.
