长吉图区域物流产业竞争力评价研究

The Evaluation on the Competitiveness of Logistics Industry in ChangJiTu Region

본 논문은 물류규모와 물류 기초시설, 물류수요와 물류 인력자원, 물류산업구조 등 세 가지 차원에서 창지투지역 물류산업 통계지표와 중국 내, 다른 7대 경제지역 내 25개 성과 도시의 물류산업 통계지표에 대하여 공통요인분석을 진행하여, 물류산업 경쟁력의 종합요인 평가지표를 도출하고 관련 지역에 대한 경쟁력순위를 추출하였다. 분석결과 창지투지역-길림성의 물류산업 경쟁력 종합순위는 제18위로써 양자강삼각주, 주강삼각주, 환발해지역 등 지역 내의 성과 도시와 비교하여 경쟁력이 많이 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과에 근거하여 창지투지역에 대한 정책적인 제안과 제3자 물류기업의 투자유입과 육성, 물류전문인재의 양성 및 물류 정보화 등 차원에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 그리고 창지투지역의 현황 및 미래발전기회에 따른 한국기업들의 투자현황을 소개하고 투자기업들에게 주는 시사점을 제시하였다. 이러한 시사점은 중국정부의 정책제안에 도움이 있을 뿐 만 아니라, 중국의 중요한 무역파트너인 한국정부의 정책수립에도 활용될 수 있으며 또한 한국기업들의 물류발전전략을 구상하는 데 있어서도 중요한 시사점을 가지게 된다.

Through the datum of the regional logistics industry in ChangJiTu Region and the other twenty-five provinces and cities in seven main economic regions in China, the common factors among three aspects which are logistics scale and logistics infrastructure, logistics demand and human resources, the structure of logistics industry are obtained, and also the scores and rankings of the comprehensive factors of the competitiveness of regional logistics industry in twenty-five provinces and cities are obtained. The final results show that the competitiveness of logistics industry in ChangJiTu-Jilin Province is ranked the eighteenth overall, and the level of competitiveness of the logistics industry has a big difference compared to the Pan-Yangtze River Delta region, the Pan-Pearl River Delta and the Bohai Sea region and other provinces. Therefore, this paper put forward some suggestions on the policy of support of the government, introducing and cultivation of leading third-party logistics companies, the construction of the team of logistics talents and logistics informatization. It explained the policies and geographical environment related to the development of logistics in this region, meanwhile analyzed the opportunities that enterprises in South Korea enter ChangJiTu Region and develop through the examples of POSCO in South Korea and Daya Group cooperating with the development of ChangJiTu Region successfully.
